Description

‘Scarperiese’ is the to-scale reproduction of “Lo Scarperia”, the knife made in a limited edition of 10 pieces to celebrate the 700th anniversary of the foundation of Scarperia, and 10th anniversary of the Saladini business. This knife is the most characteristic of our pieces, as it communicates the entire history of our ancient craft through its design. The handle repurposes the shank of a scissor, made of two metal plates which can either be in stainless steel or titanium, appreciated for its lightness and strength. The inserts can be made from the various natural materials that we work with.
